Riddersholm nature reserve

We are located in the Riddersholm nature reserve. An area of 650 hectares dating back to the early 18th century when large parts of the Russian army landed here. 

Visitors come here to enjoy the beachside and varied nature with many odd flowers and other plants.

The area has a total of 19 km of marked hiking trails and hiking trails of various lengths and degrees of difficulty.

Around Gunnarsmaren grow orchids and scallions, in Kvarnbacken with its magnificent windmill, at the end of May, Sweden's densest population of goldenrods shows off, and in the reserve there are Uppland's largest contiguous groves of leaves and really old oaks.
