To book a place with us, the customer must be 18 years old. Payment is made in advance by bank card or Swish.

Booking confirmation

On receipt of the booking confirmation, this must be checked so that all information is correct. It is the responsibility of the customer/orderer to ensure that the information on the confirmation is correct. The confirmation is sent via e-mail and possibly inaccuracies must be reported to Kapellskär camping within 7 days of receipt, however no later than 24 hours before arrival. 

Cancellation

Cancellation can only be done via e-mail when you have booked via our website or directly with our reception. Bookings via other agents are canceled online via the agent. Cancellations can be made free of charge until 12:00 two days before arrival. Cancellation rules for groups, conferences and seasonal bookings are announced separately in connection with booking.
