Cancellation policy

For individual bookings

Cancellation can be made free of charge until 12.00 two days before arrival.

Group and conference bookings

If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, the registration fee will be refunded except for a handling fee of SEK 200.

If cancelled 30-15 days prior to arrival, Kapellskär Camping & Hostel will retain the registration fee.

If cancelled 14-7 days prior to arrival, Kapellskärs Camping & Hostel will retain 50 % of the total price of the reservation.

If cancelled 7 days prior to arrival, Kapellskärs Camping & Hostel will retain 100 % of the total price of the reservation.
